I just don't have a problem with them
It's unfortunate that people have had poor experiences with this brand. I only have positive experiences so I feel it's useful to share this in case people are unsure.
I have bought many things from Free People, and apart from a couple of issues with ordering I have received a first class service from them. I ordered some shoes yesterday and I received them today - gorgeous shoes too.
The one time I did request a refund for an item I took it too one of their stores and I had the money back within a couple of days.
The only thing that I would say is some of their more popular items like the Lux Layering top should be available in more sizes as they sell out so quickly. Fortunately I have so many of these now so I will unlikely be buying anymore.
