They take money unauthorised and don’t refund
I would give 0 stars if I could. I cancelled my subscription over a year ago as the sizing was crazy. How all the pairs can arrive with completely different sizes is in one packet is beyond me with pictures to show the massive differences they said, maybe you need a bigger size.
Then this month they randomly started my subscription again, took the money and when I contacted them they said. Oops it’s cancelled again but we do NOT issue refunds even though they essentially stole from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
