Quality and High Touch Customer Service
I ordered a couple of items, and one really did not fit properly. It wasn't a matter of size, I am too short for the cammie body. I reached out to CS, and even tho the item was final sale, they gave me a store credit, which I will absolutely use because their products are high quality. I really appreciated their fast response, and a response that made me feel valued.
