Customer Service was exceptional
Customer Service was exceptional, from ordering to delivery. This was for my granddaughters birthday, I couldn't find this boot anywhere in her size, it's out of circulation now, your company went above and beyond not only to ensure you really had the boot in her size but to confirm where I wanted it sent (2 day delivery) because the address was flagged. I can't say enough and just loved the entire experience, which is not the way of the world anymore. So, thank you very much.
