Quite probably a scam site
I upgraded to 7-10 day expedited service and my order has yet to ship 14 days later. I have attempted to contact the business multiple times and they have not returned my voicemails despite offering "24/7 customer support". What's worst is, when I was looking for alternative vendors to actually ship me a product on time, I found suspiciously similar webstores under different names but using identical product images and customization forms. I am preparing to file a chargeback with my credit card, and I strongly discourage anyone from shopping here.
