nice and smells great! A+
It arrived quick and was packaged very neatly. The only thing I’m a little disappointed with, and it’s more my fault than the product, is that it’s pretty tiny. The heating pad is about the size of a 6” diameter circle(expect it’s a heart shape) and it’s only about 1.5” thick. I’m sure glossed over that before buying. I was trying to quickly replace my wife’s old heating pad, which was about 8” x 10” and 2.5” thick... c’est la vie!
