Love my heatable pads!
I am very happy with my heatable pads. I bought a neck pad and a large rectangular pad. They both have a soft, snuggly removable/washable velour cover which is a nice plus. I also like that the pads are flexible to fit around my back or shoulders. I would buy again and recommend!
