Appreciate the follow up
I ordered 3 night gowns on May 7th. As of today, 14 days later, I didn't get any follow up email on my shipment. No tracking number was given, so I emailed your company. Then I got a response today from Natalie, telling me the order has been shipped on May 8th and gave me a USPS shipping number. Unfortunately, the tracking still said in Jamaica since May 8th, today is 21st... Would appreciate your company give prompt shipping info and tracking info. Your clients deserve to obtain this kind of info without asking . Thank you Jacaranda!
PS. Since I brought up the shipping issue - The team from Jacaranda Living is absolutely fabulous. They are keeping me posted. I am still a fan of Jacaranda's night gowns, they are the most elegant, comfortable and softest Cotton and yet durable nightgowns I have ever own :) Thank you Jacaranda Team!!
