Great product, friendly customer support. 10/10
Received my package before Christmas, as promised, a pleasant surprise considering how late I ordered it. The plushie is well made and exactly what I needed I’m terms of function. Top notch except for the Velcro holding the rice bag inside can be a bit scratchy if it’s not lined up perfectly when sealed, a very minor gripe. The CEO also emailed me letting me know they were happy to help if there were any issues. This I really appreciated since online customer service can often be a nightmare. Great product and experience overall. 10/10 would buy again.
