Fantastic customer service
I ordered an item for my as a gift which I didn’t give her until an anniversary three weeks later. The item had a faulty zip and due to the time I expected a bit of a battle. No such thing though. I contacted the customer service and after providing photos of support a replacement was offered and dispatched the next day. Our first order but definitely not the last. Fantastic customer service.
