Great Experience
I had a great experience with Marks Mattress Outlet at the Vincennes, IN. On the day I purchased my mattress, I intended to have it delivered the following weekend. However, I called the following day (a Friday) and requested to have my mattress delivered on that weekend instead. They were extremely accommodating with my request and my mattress was delivered within a few hours.
I would have provided 5 stars for my experience, however the individual who was filling in for the sales representative who sold me the mattress the day prior, presented himself in a rude and condescending manner during my request for an early delivery.
