Blanket Never Delivered!
I paid for a blanket to be shipped to my friend for her birthday and it was never delivered. Bearaby customer service refused to take any action or provide the product I paid for, forcing me to pursue a chargeback with my credit card company. Very poor customer service - avoid at all costs.
