Updated review: Mgr took care of my issue
I am editing my review as a Manager contacted me and corrected our issue. I told him that the rest of our experience was great in all facets. And although the bed did not work for our needs, I would still be recommending the Air Pedic 850 and Select a Bed. I was anxious ordering an expensive bed online but everything was great and so easy. From the research I did before hand, I truly believe Air Pedic is superior in quality to Sleep Number but they do not have the brand name and all the advertising and stores to pay for. It compared favorably to SN in every category I looked at. My advice would be if you and your sleeping partner need different mattress firmness levels, definitely try this. And get the cooling system.
