Completely absent customer service.
I'm familiar with the product I ordered as my fiance has a Blu Sleep pillow that is several years old now, however trying to order one for myself was frustrating. I reached out to customer service twice to ask a question about the pillow I was interested in purchasing and never received an answer. I then contacted another retailer and was able to have my question answered there. The only reason I ordered directly through the Blu Sleep website instead of the other retailer is because of the 5 year warranty, (only available for purchases directly from Blu Sleep) although, if customer service never answers inquiries I doubt I would be able to follow up on that warranty if I need to! Definitely experiencing some buyer's remorse and I hope I don't have an issue with the pillow I ordered because I may be out of luck if doesn't meet my needs.
