Horrendous experience, avoid at all costs.
Horrendous experience. Never had such rude, passive aggressive customer service (if you can call it that) in all my life.
Received damaged items, was told "that's how we sell them, nothing is new", despite their website clearly stating "new" under the description and clausing a defects notice too, but this wasn't defected, 3 items of furniture absolutely smashed to pieces. Also, how can you sell defected/damaged items and still list as new? Hmmm. Was told "You can return them, but if damaged, we won't refund the full amount or anything". This basically means, return them, you'll lose your money and items, including the £30 per item delivery charge... dont even... I know!!!!
They blocked my number, refused to speak to me unless written in an email, where replies are once every 3-6 days if you're lucky. No one knew the correct procedure for refunds/returns. Just absolute bollacks. Even the two lads, roughly 18 in a dodgy ass van delivered the items, dropped one in front of me as neither could lift them... just couldn't write it.
Declined me a refund now even if returned, so I've had no choice but to raise it to Trading Standards to investigate whether they can do this and luckily I paid via a Mastercard, so I've managed to dispute and receive a full refund via them with all the shocking emails and call recordings.
Avoid this company... worst purchase experience in over 20 years. Can't believe how disgusting the guy spoke to me on the phone too, supposed to be the manager/owner... whatever he is, he's a joke and can't have a level conversation to save his life.
