Our experience working with Carpet Mart in Lancaster, to put down new flooring in our family room was exceptional! We were not exactly certain of what we wanted, but with the help of Andrew and Kadai we chose Core-Tec flooring, pretty, durable, and water proof. Ashton took the measurements and sent an estimate in a very timely fashion and took time to answer our questions. Stephanie was the logistics person, she did a great job of coordinating everyone and getting our floor install scheduled quickly, and as unexpected openings occurred she got our job moved up. Raymond arrived well prepared to lay our floor, he worked non-stop to get the flooring finished, he was so pleasant and did a beautiful job right down to the finish trim work. Every person we dealt with at Carpet Mart was knowledgable, helpful, pleasant and on top of their game! We couldn’t be happier with the floor, the cost, and the really great customer service we received! We will recommend Carpet Mart to anyone installing flooring!
