This review should be posted to Wainscoting America's site instead of American Beadboard - sorry for any confusion. We used the website to design our classic raised panel dining room makeover. When we needed to work around an existing heat vent, we weren't sure how to proceed. A phone call to Deb solved our problems. She provided expert guidance on how to measure and then she proceeded to produce a layout to match! Scott customized the panel around the heat vent. Installation was easy. The panels were easy to prime and paint and we are more than pleased with the end result. Deb had suggestions for choosing the width of the pilasters in relation to the opening sizes. We can't say enough good things about this company. The process was easy, shipping within the week, everything arrived without damage due to careful packaging. This is our second project. Our first was an American Beadboard project for our powder room/breakfast room/entry way. After completing the beadboard project, we were unhappy with the trim where it met the floor. (Please note this trim was NOT from this company). We were in need of 10 plinth blocks that would resist moisture. We talked with Bob, and in less than 5 days we had the plinth blocks made of PVC. Painted to match the beadboard, you cannot tell they aren't wood. We would recommend the company without hesitation to anyone thinking about using beadboard or wainscoting.
