I liked a ring in the store
I liked a ring in the store, but thought the band was too wide and asked if they had thinner bands. The jeweler showed me the others in the case, but they were all similar. Went ahead and purchased it. The salesperson had issues navigating the POS system and kept having me redo the transaction. Then, she didn't know where to enter my contact information, so she wrote it on a napkin. Told the ring would be delivered to the store in 2-3 days. Went home, looked at the website, and found the same ring with a thinner band for half the price. Tried to call to change the order, but the automated system wouldn't get me to a customer service agent. Decided to just go with the original ring instead. Waited over a week and the store never called, so I called them. They said they didn't have any contact information for me on file. After that, I've been receiving emails asking about my buying experience, but it has some random persons name on the email instead of mine. Overall seems like a chaotic store with unknowledgeable staff or poor customer service.
The ring was pricey but nice, however.
