Jewelry purchases should only be done at the store!
Purchased a pendant and necklace online for my wife to be delivered to my home address. The package arrived ahead of schedule; however, it was tangled in knots. My wife and I visited the local Reed’s store and found their manager to go above and beyond to help us. He determined the best course of action was to exchange the item on the spot. Excellent service from the store.
