Old School guy worked it out digitally
The process worked all digitally. No issues, except I prefer the human touch. I'm a little "old school" and prefer to TALK to people, hence the 4-stars. In the end, everything appears to be done as expected. I only hope that if my family ever has a claim that their experience will be a little more personal than mine.
