Yogadownload has fabulous content but their website and technology need to catch up badly. The website is not responsive for mobile layouts, making navigation and video watching from a phone or tablet more difficult than from a desktop or laptop. Recently they changed their video playing system and Chromecast did not work after the update. I contacted them about the issue and it took at least a week for Chromecast to work, but it does not work like it did before and you cannot rewind or fast-forward, which is essential for using these yoga videos. When I did hear back at first about Chromecast the "support" person immediately asked me if I tried other browsers, showing that they were not even equipped to deal with the issue - which was clearly tied to the Chrome browser (hence Chromecast)..... In general any communication I've made with them seeking support with video issues has always taken around a week to receive a response. I maintain that this is not "support" but rather someone who checks email once a week. Given that there are new yoga apps out there, and yoga download does not even have an app, they really need to catch up on the technology even if they have to charge a little more.
