Doesn't matter what you say or how much proof you have, the response is the same. Argue in circles then close your ticket saying it was resolved. When you bring things up again they will state they addressed your concerns and the ticket was closed within 24 hours. HCI, just because you reply doesn't mean that's the end. The issue is resolved when your client says, Thank you. That's all." Program description is totally misleading. Attendees are either fanatical and filled with hope for a life as a coach or frustrated and just continuing because HCI will refuse to refund you, even when you prove they lied about the course. Oh, they will also reply back with responses saying they did everything by the book and properly except nope, they didnt. Just because you reply we told you everything doesn't make that the truth. No, the facts were not explained. No, my access was not consistent. No, your education is not as promised. Yes, you have replied. No, the issue is not resolved just because HCI says it is. For example I asked HCI and their loan collection company if a refund was not possible would it be acceptable to be released from the course? The request has been submitted and noted in my account twice now since November... no reply. I'm sure HCI will have a great answer about how that is somehow my fault as well.
