My honest opinion is that the team is actually helpful, i can tell when someone enjoys what they do and the PPCS team definitely enjoys what they do! I’ve visited the palm bay location and everything seems to be very organized, i even got a tour of the place because i had drove 4 hours to the store and that was very nice and generous of the team to show me around the warehouse. Every small problem i’ve had, has been resolved quickly without hesitation, the shipping of of items i’ve order have always arrived insanely quickly, don’t know why but thats very impressive! Other than that i don’t know if duke the manager is still around but he is a nice cool dude! Answers my question quickly and accordingly and Matt is also a hell of guy! One more thing, that facebook club you guys have is the best thing about it all! Man the members on theres are dedicated as i am about building custom PC’s and that shows that we have a great community of educated people. Thanks PPCS for welcoming me to the family.
