Thank you Wow Fit for helping me find a great instructor
I've have been working with Guliz for 1 week and am already feeling a big difference. I have especially tight hips and she is tailoring the workouts to help me where I need it the most. I feel very relaxed after a yoga workout with her. She also encourages me and is patient at the same time. I couldn't be happier with Wow Fit helping me to find a great instructor like Guliz!
