Good customer service on first phone call.....poor on every other interaction
Purchased a split level wine cooler about 5 years ago. Unit failed recently leaving my wine sat at 73 degree for a number of months. Called up to discuss with Newair and while out of warranty was offered a replacement part (not a whole wine cooler) at no cost. It was nice to be able to reach a human being within a few moments. Now what would be really great is A) if the unit hadn't failed in the first place and B) they contributed to replacing the 40 or so bottles of wine i had in there.
Here is a follow up on 13th July. To date i have not received the part, i have not received a response to my email and they are not answering their phones.
