HORRIBLE!!!
I bought the scanner a few years back and had technical support two years ago. I paid $80 and got out of the woods only to find myself there again having used the thing only at tax time to scan receipts!
Since there is NO Customer Service phone number, I cannot even take issue with the fact that their product has left me high and dry yet again, unless I am willing to pay again for tech support.
I am moving on to another solution as this one is TOO costly and Neat obviously does not care about its clients.
