Took money out of my account unauthorised
Signed up for monthly and they took annual amount instead - 10x what I agreed to pay for.
I chose the monthly option, and it clearly stated $49/month. I proceeded with the subscription and then found that they’d taken over 400 GBP.
No response so far from customer services.
