Overall, good concept. It all works consistently 70% of the time.
Customer service is great. The client software is buggy as Hell. Always has been, despite numerous revisions. The Desktop Scanner needs adjustment quite frequently, despite some instructions on accomplishing that. Such examples are paper feed issues, customizing dark or light preferences, disparities between online and offline versions of scanned data, etc. Would be nice to have a service center to do routine maintenance for a very reasonable fee. Otherwise, digitizing my paper world is awesome. I'm very happy with my decision to do that.
