Mixed feelings but Neat is working again.
It wasn’t always clear what the tech was asking me to do but she was able to take control of my machine and fix the issue. I was confused and a bit annoyed that she then tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive subscription that didn’t appear to offer anything different than I had and couldn’t give me a good reason why. As an Apple user I have always felt that Neat gives my platform second priority status and there have been many glitches and bugs in the program. If I hadn’t had my data already in Neat I would have abandoned it many times in the past. It does appear better than it was, though, and the quick access to support was refreshing and new in my experience.
