What an experience to make this purchase !
I was NOT able to purchase the wine coolers online 4x because of your website problem. Then I placed the order verbally with Camilla Mendez and was able to receive the 2 units. I received the ordered units within a short time. HOWEVER, your first line customer service persennel were good but they have no back up. IT TOOK ME 6 ATTEMPTS TO RECEIVE THE INVOICE TO ENABLE ME TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT DESPITE MULTIPLE CLAIMS OF HAVING SENT IT. Today Hillary was great and saw to it that I receive a copy of the invoice to enable me to purchase the extended warranty. It really was disappointing that I had to talk to Camilla Mendez,Laurellee A Stuart, Ionie, and Hillary (3x) to receive an email from Ingrid Ruiz with the Invoice and Extended Warranty link to CPS. Poor customer service after the initial contacts.
