Newair Customer Support with Charles Trapp
I purchased a Newair Wine Cooler, and after four days started to hear a loud popping sound. I contacted customer support and began to have a online chat with one of Newair's support staff about my issue. I ended up with a support person named Charles Trapp, who stayed with me throughout the entire process. He requested video of the problem along with purchase details, serial and model number. I sent it to him and was asked to unplug the wine cooler, wait for 24 - 48 hours, then plug it back in and let him know if the noise had stopped. I informed him that the noise had not stopped and sent him another video with the noise. Charles had a new wine cooler sent to us to replace the defective one. Charles was helpful, easy to work with and helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one. Based on the customer support I received from Charles, I would consider buying another product from Newair.
