Thankful for Liza
The initial interaction of trying to explain in a chat box is frustrating, but the silver lining is that it connected me with Liza. Liza was extremely helpful, and once we spoke on the phone it was easier to convey what my issues were. While my NEAT was down for a week, some issues on my end were some of the cause, Liza worked very hard to get me taken care of.
