First time
this was my first time using encore I googled the ear pads and Encore popped up I called got a friendly, professional service rep. I wasn't on the phone any time. I was given the date the merchandise would shipped. This was the fastest service on any order that I have ever used. I will surely use Encore again, and refer them too.
