Donation
I am an educator in Durham, North Carolina and called Encore Data to see if they could donate headphones to some of our students. Holly in customer service, picked up the phone and listened to my request. She made me aware of a site where I could apply for a donation. However, she also mentioned she would tell her direct supervisor about my request and maybe he would also help.
After an email to Jeff Burgess, within two days I had notice I would be receiving 200 sets of headphones. We so much appreciate the company's generosity and giving spirit of its employees.
