In an age where...
In an age where face-to-face customer service is all but a thing of the past for a great many number of people, Jari Smith ensured that my buying experience was left with not only a sense of relief, but continued support for the duration.
As a company owner, I all too well understand the importance of quality customer service, and there is nothing more frustrating than when you have an opposite experience, which is also something that is all too common in the digital era; and particularly, in the digital market.
Jari Smith is a leading example of what should be considered the standard in quality customer service, not only proving said skills with the initial service call, but doing so after with a surprise and applied discount to an order that was already fulfilled - which would have almost certainly been an unnecessary afterthought to most other companies and their employees out there (speaking from lots of experience) since the sale was completed and the idea is to make all the money and not give it all away.
This is where the credit goes out to the company itself via there training protocol from Jari Smith and the managers above, all the way through the executive levels. What something as simple as this does, is provides a better chance of repeat business - thus giving Jari and colleagues throughout the company and place to come back to each day to not only earn a living, but do so by helping others in there quest to do so themselves, and also feel pretty darn good at the end of the day because of it.
