I order two item I sent in all documents including my picture ID they took two payments out my bank account. After they took two payment I received an email saying they cancel my order couldnt verify identity but they still have no return any of my money I called no manager or supervisor told email resolution team i email resolution team 6 times no never email me back they stole my money please stay away they only have positive reviews because they challenged all negative reviews they even email me threaten me with attorney action if I didn't take down my review I wish i could post the screen shot stay away from this company Trust pilot verify my email address and i could i would post the email screen shot from you guys and my refund has not been return to my account my bank now during fraud charge against buy on trust because i had send email proof to my bank show buy on trust email said they return money never did then got email saying money was never remove from account and did stay away from this company. They are looking trust pilot doesn't allow picture up load because I would post all screen shot of emails from buy on trust team after I posted this review
