Impressive from ordering to delivery to installation.
Shipment was very fast. Products were well packaged and exactly as ordered. Installation was glitch free (battery, memory and hard drive with cloning kit). Be aware that Firefox was unhappy with the sites security certificate, possibly because I arrived at the site through an Amazon sponsored link. I ignored the warning.
