Installation could not be easier. Prompt delivery, well packaged, excellent product.
When my HP portable died, I though I had lost all the data on the hard drive. Until I remembered Drive Solutions. And there it was, a very inexpensive drive caddy for the 2.5 inch internal drive. I could not believe how easy it was to install the drive in the caddy once I removed it from the dead HP. And it was truely plug and play. No S/W to install, it just magically appeared as a new drive letter when I plugged it into my new Dell portable USB port. It transfers data very quickly. The included screwdrive and pouch for the caddy is a nice touch. No doubt I will be a repeat customer!
