I ordered a new hard drive for my Samsung laptop with the optional sata wire cloning software Drivesolution's offers. I have to say it was about the easiest experience I've had. After placing the order the items were at my door in two days. Once receiving the cloning software and new drive I was up and running in about an hour. The cloned drive installed in my laptop without a single issue. I had my doubts things would go well as technical issues are always a problem. After installing the new drive and powering up the laptop it installed drivers (for the new hard drive) automatically when windows booted up. It was nothing I had to do as windows did it before I could react to the pop up notification that it was installing drivers. After that my laptop is as it always was without a single issue. I would recommend Drivesolutions without hesitation. My laptop works great, and doesn't lock up anymore due to the old worn out hard drive.
