I have been buying Aperion speakers for almost 10 years. I went to their studio in Oregon and listened to the full line up of speakers. My first set were the Intimus 5T towers and I was hooked for life. They just sound better than any speaker I've ever heard. I don't do surround and stick to a simple right/left home AV set-up + Bravus sub. I also have a 2 sets of Allaires - one for my office and one for my dining room. The Allaires are great because they create create very technical and rich sound but are small enough that they easily blend into the background. At ear level, the Allaires on my office desk are seriously amazing. Songs I have listened to a hundred times before sound totally new. Be careful though, once you listen to music on the Intimus Towers, you're going to be disappointed everywhere else you go.
