An absolute honor and pleasure to deal with this company. I wished to audition their 'Super Tweeters'; and dealt with Collin Lybarger. My queries were answered in toto, and I received the tweeters promptly. Unfortunately, in my case, they were not compatible with my open baffle speakers. I was therefore compelled to return them. The refund was prompt and painless. This experience was my misfortune, because if they had 'jelled' with my system as I'd been hoping they would, I would be doing cartwheels (even at my age)! The tweeters themselves performed flawlessly .
It was my privilege entirely to deal with this company; and I wish them all success. To all the above I shall also add, that their customer service is second to none. Please keep it up, sincerely appreciated.
