Website did not give estimated ship date as the description said it would. I sent a follow up email in hopes that I ordered the item in enough time to receive by Christmas. He assured me it would arrive in time. Apparently ran into some production issues and agreed to overnight it along with a watch supposedly as a free gift and a thank you for being understanding and not arriving on time as promised. A month later I still never received the package. He shipped a “replacement” but complained how HE was out money now. The replacement finally arrived (I had to track it down and go to UPS to get it) but it was completely wrong/different than what I ordered (was a personalized piece). He said to ship it back and he would refund my money. It took two weeks after returning the ring to get my money back. Over 50 emails back and forth through the entire process. He kept saying he would fix the ring and ship it to me at no cost “for all the trouble.” I’ve never received the ring, which doesn’t matter since I did finally get my money back with bull$h!t excuses. But multiple promises were broken back to back to back. Definitely not reliable or trustworthy. I will never order from this company again. I think they legitimately tried to scam me but since I luckily paid through PayPal, I would have been eligible for a dispute that met all requirements for a full refund, if he didn’t willingly refund the money.
