Hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever had in my adult life. Cliff is amazing; I inquired about an order which seemed to have been taking a little longer than expected. Cliff immediately checked and realized my ring (which was a custom build), was made in the wrong size. As a sign of good faith, Cliff sent me a complimentary ring on the house for any inconvenience. Cliff expedited my original order and I just received it.
The craftsmanship is flawless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a masonic ring or any other jewelry for that matter. Cliff your the best..thankyou.
