The box I received was torn and had pieces missing, with no instructions. I called and spoke with Jeremy. He sent the missing hardware. I received the missing hardware, and several days later received the plaque I had ordered which said something completely wrong. Jeremy told me they would send a another plaque which arrived and was made so poorly (sharp) it cut me. The hardware was once again missing. Jeremy had refunded me $200 for the problems, for the calls I had to make, emails and photos I had to send. When this latest third incident happened I asked if he would tell upper management what happened. He did. I got a call from a man that spoke over me the entire time, did not want to hear what happened on my end and was calling to tell me what a good company Westminster Teak is and how I should enjoy my product. I would enjoy my product if I had received what I ordered, packaged correctly, however I did not. He was calling to hear himself speak and that was not what I needed. Update -The next version of the plaque arrived. It was not the right shape, and not as pictured on the website. Lets see what Westminster Teak sends next!
