The company's fraudulent scheme…
The company's fraudulent scheme revolves around a manipulative practice of incessantly requesting redundant documentation from individuals, particularly after they have returned from their trips. This deliberate tactic serves to indefinitely stall their cases, effectively pushing them to a point of surrender.
The requested documents are intentionally designed to be difficult to obtain. These are often records that are typically challenging to secure, especially when one has been treated in a hospital situated in a remote location, potentially in a region where English is not the primary language.
Even providing key details such as the name and identification number of the government-appointed physician who administered treatment, the precise diagnosis of the illness contracted during the trip (in this instance, a journey to Patagonia), substantiated by corroborative evidence such as passport copies (matching the details on the hospital documents) and boarding passes, in addition to documented proof of prescribed medications taken during the treatment period, is deemed insufficient.
But why is this the case?
The Trawick insurance company seems to strategically operate on the principle of wearing down and eroding the patience of policyholders.
All the things underneath this text were provided and any "After Visit Summary" was never even sent in to Trawick, only the clinical diagnosis evaluating my symptoms, including some relevant medical history, and the conducts tests (heart rate and blood pressure etc.) to determine the underlying causes for my illness (in this case food poisoning), and documentation for the duration of the treatment, and the prescribed drugs.
Do yourself a favor: Steer clear of this company or prepare yourself for an unending cycle of receiving the same response even after repeatedly submitting the requested documents. Drawing from the encountered ordeal, it appears that the seemingly positive reviews attributed to them might very well be fabricated by the company itself.
This is what you will receive after you have sent in the same documents, over and over again:
