I seldom ever leave a comment or testimonial. But I really believe I had to do so recently, when Amanda at Trawick International provided me with such an over the moon degree of service. Some how I had neglected to renew my travel insurance until the last moment. Which normally would not have been a problem, because I still had a couple of hours before my my payment was actually due.. However, while attempting to make my regular monthly payment, I found that my contract was actually ending in just a few hours and I had not made arrangements to extend it. I called the after hours number listed on the Trawick International website and made contact with Amanda. This very capable lady spent the next half hour walking me through all the steps necessary to have my travel insurance extended. I could not help but to notice the manner in which treated me, and assurance she gave to me while conducting business. I am a member of the Baha'i Faith, and as such, we believe that work done as a true service to humanity, is elevated to the station of worship. There is not one iota of doubt that the service afforded me by Amanda was exactly as I have just mentioned. Trawick International is blessed to have this dear lady representing your company.
