I ordered a simple metal lifter/handle for deep dish pizza pans. I received it in a box that was big enough to hold a motorcycle helmet and the lifter was so flimsy and poorly made that I wouldn't trust it to pick up anything hot or otherwise. Okay, so I wrote them a note saying I wanted to return it and they said that they would have to get a return authorization from THEIR supplier first and then I would have to pay return postage to both them AND their supplier. HAH!
