Love the product.
I've ordered 3 times and every time the order comes in exactly as ordered. The product is really great and looks great once installed. In addition the tips are also right on (i.e., the primer they recommend worked really well on the product, just one coat of primer and one coat of paint and it looks perfect). They also really do ship out within a week so plan accordingly, and don't be surprised if the delivery truck shows up with a huge pallet full of your panels (which are expertly packed), chair rail, and pediment's.
