Your home can be outstanding or nice - that's the difference of a home with wainscoting or with out.
I live in home that has wainscoting from the floor to the ceiling - bead board, coffered ceilings, raised panels, arches, crown molding, base board, etc. Every person that walks into my home is in absolute awe of the beauty. Scott did an amazing job on the designs, the attention to detail was impeccable.
I do not live in an area that has a large return on investment of homes due to taxes BUT I am confident that when I try to sell my home I will get asking price due to the differentiation of having a home with Wainscoting.
