Scott was the best, after I painstakingly measured and calculated to account for the 5/8" panel thickness, then wrested with the design of the specialty panel going behind the toilet and sink in our half-bath, I sent the measurements and some pics to Scott, and the next day he emailed me detailed drawings with panel installation order, different options for the specialty panel, he incorporatedthe existing HVAC register and electrical outlet, etc. I tortured him with almost daily emails, questions, etc. and every inquiry received a prompt reply or call that day if not within 24 hours. And all this was for an order that with shipping that barely totaled $850. My order arrived to NJ in about 2-3 days after placing order, panels are extremely high quality, 4.5" poplar base molding and cap rail are impeccable furniture quality knot-free wood that is almost a crime for me to be painting, would highly recommend and will be ordering from them again when I get to my dining room project.
